1. Subscription Terms
By subscribing to Profit Pulse, you agree to receive our daily newsletter containing business insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations. The subscription is offered on a trial basis for $1 for three days, followed by an annual subscription fee of $365 USD if not cancelled.
2. Trial Period
The trial period lasts for three (3) calendar days from the date of subscription. To avoid being charged the full annual subscription fee, you must cancel before the end of your second trial day, before the charge is processed on the third calendar day.
3. Automatic Renewal
Following the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to an annual subscription at the rate of $365 USD per year. This subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your first payment unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. For trial cancellations, you must cancel before the third day to avoid the annual charge. For annual subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds or credits are provided for partially used subscription periods. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.
6. Content Usage
The content provided in the Profit Pulse newsletter is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without our express permission.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you agree to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
